生命火花2009年周年會員大會於2009年9月11日（星期五）晚上7時30分於香港仔黃竹坑香港醫學專科學院7樓舉行。41位遴選會員中，有30位出席是次大會及晚宴。義務秘書馬澤華先生報告2008至2009年度的會務工作，助理義務司庫梁志華先生報告截至2009年3月31日止年度的財務狀況。主席鍾展鴻醫生介紹過去一年的工作及未來的活動。會議一致通過繼續委任朱國強會計師事務所為未來一年的核數師。
The 2009 Annual General Meeting of the Society was held on 11 September 2009 (Friday) at 19:30 hour at 7/F, Hong Kong Academy of Medicine Jockey Club Building, 99 Wong Chuk Hang Road, Aberdeen, Hong Kong. Out of the 41 voting members, 30 attended the AGM and dinner. Mr. Stephen MA, Honorary Secretary, presented the annual report of the Council. Mr. Simon LEUNG, Assistant Honorary Treasurer, presented the Report of the Auditors and the Audited Financial Statements for the year ended 31 March 2009. Dr. CHUNG Chin Hung, Chairman, presented the work for the past year and the future activities. Stanley Chu & Co, Certified Public Accountants, was reappointed as the auditors for the ensuing year.
