生命火花2008年周年會員大會於2008年9月5日（星期五）晚上7時30分於香港仔黃竹坑香港醫學專科學院7樓舉行。42位遴選會員中，有28位出席是次大會及晚宴。義務秘書馬澤華先生報告2007至2008年度的會務工作，義務司庫黎景光醫生報告截至2008年3月31日止年度的財務狀況。主席鍾展鴻醫生介紹來年的工作及未來的方向。會議一致通過繼續委任朱國強會計師事務所為未來一年的核數師。
The 2008 Annual General Meeting of the Society was held on 5 September 2008 (Friday) at 19:30 hour at 7/F, Hong Kong Academy of Medicine Jockey Club Building, 99 Wong Chuk Hang Road, Aberdeen, Hong Kong. Out of the 42 voting members, 28 attended the AGM and dinner. Mr. Stephen MA, Honorary Secretary, presented the annual report of the Council. Dr. LAI King Kwong, Honorary Treasurer, presented the Report of the Auditors and the Audited Financial Statements for the year ended 31 March 2008. Dr. CHUNG Chin Hung, Chairman, presented the work for the coming year and the future direction. Stanley Chu & Co, Certified Public Accountants, was reappointed as the auditors for the ensuing year.
