生命火花於2007年1月2日在深灣遊艇俱樂部舉行了一個學術性的晚宴。主講嘉賓為 Will Chapleau 先生。他是美國國家緊急醫療技術員協會院前創傷生命救援術執委會的主席及美國外科醫學院高級創傷生命救援術課程的經理。講題為創傷治理的爭議，很有啟發性。院前界的嘉賓與生命火花的會員共進中式晚餐，筵開三席，氣氛愉快。
A scientific dinner meeting was held on 2nd January 2007 at the Aberdeen Marina Club. The invited speaker was Mr. Will Chapleau, Chairperson, Prehospital Trauma Life Support (PHTLS) Executive Council, National Association of Emergency Medical Technicians and Manager, Advanced Trauma Life Support (ATLS) Program, American College of Surgeons. The topic was Controversies in Trauma Management. Three tables of invited guests from the prehospital field and members of SPARK of Life stayed for a Chinese dinner. The talk was enlightening and the dinner rejoiceful.
