The Spark of Life Pre-hospital Paramedics Association (Hong Kong) Limited was established in April 2006 as a non-profit, academic, professional voluntary association.

Its mission is to promote and enhance pre-hospital resuscitation, defibrination, emergency care, and community health through institutional collaboration, knowledge and skills transfer, standard setting, training, research, and community services.
